Mass of Christian Burial for Robert “Bob” Ochocki, 78, of Marshall, will be at 10:30 a.m. on Friday, July 12, 2019, at Holy Redeemer Catholic Church in Marshall. Visitation will be Thursday from 4:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. with a CCW Rosary at 4:00 p.m. and a Parish Prayer Service at 7:00 p.m. at Rehkamp Horvath Funeral Home in Marshall. Visitation will continue on Friday from 9:30 a.m. – 10:30 a.m. at Holy Redeemer Catholic Church. Interment will take place at St. Mary Calvary Catholic Cemetery in Tracy.
Bob Emil Ochocki was born on December 18, 1940, at the Tyler Hospital to Emil and Bertha (Johnson) Ochocki. He was baptized and received his sacraments at Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic Church in Ivanhoe. He went through 12 years of school and graduated from Ivanhoe in 1958.
Bob was united in marriage to Mary Ellen Andries in 1965 at Holy Redeemer Catholic Church in Marshall. They were blessed with three sons: Brian, Dale and Douglas. Bob worked for the MN DOT for over 31 and a half years.
Bob died on Sunday, July 7, 2019, at his residence in Marshall.
He is survived by his wife, Mary Ellen, of Marshall, son Dale of Marshall, sisters July of Ringsted, IA, Sue of Long Prairie, Bonita of Balaton and brothers David of Ogden, UT, and Randy of Ivanhoe.
He was preceded in death by his parents, sons Douglas and Brian and brother Jerry.
