Mark Howard Enderson, 65, of Tracy, formerly of Eden Prairie passed away peacefully on Friday, March 10, 2017 at his residence in Tracy. A memorial service will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, March 18, 2017 at Tracy Lutheran Church with visitation one hour prior to the service at the church. Interment will be in the Tracy City Cemetery. The Life Remembrance Center of Tracy is caring for the family.
Mark Howard Enderson was born on July 3, 1951 to Howard and Mary (Reineking) Enderson in Worthington, Minnesota. He was baptized at St. Matthew’s Lutheran Church in Worthington and confirmed at Tracy Lutheran Church. He graduated from high school at Augustana Academy in Canton, SD in 1969. Mark continued his education at schools in Minneapolis including the Academy of Accounting, Augsburg, and the University of Minnesota.
Mark made his home in the Twin Cities where he worked as an accountant and in various business ventures. He lived in the Cities his entire adult life before moving back to Tracy in November of 2016. Mark seemed to be always smiling, often joking, and never complaining. Mark enjoyed playing the piano and organ, loved learning, was very well read in current events, watched C-SPAN at every opportunity, enjoyed walking and loved spending time with his family.
On Friday, March 10, 2017, Mark passed away peacefully at his residence in Tracy at the age of 65.
He is survived by his mother Mary Enderson; siblings Amy (Todd) Johnson, Kurt Enderson, Neil (Gail Newell) Enderson, Elen (Jon) Vanderhoof and Lyle (Pat) Enderson; nieces and nephews Eric and Leah Johnson, Jackie Giesen, Jill (Jared Flaherty) and Alan Enderson; Jeffrey Vanderhoof and Anne (Sam) Smith; and Evan and Laura Enderson; and several great nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father Howard, niece Sarah and great-niece Justine.
