ROUGH GOING — The snow started to fall and the wind began to howl late Monday afternoon and into the evening in the Tracy area. The Tracy Police Department was advising no travel Monday night. Six vehicles unfortunately found their way into ditches along the notoriously-bad Hwy. 14 stretch between Tracy and Garvin Corner.
