The Tracy United Fund has set an $11,000 goal for its 2019 drive.
The appeal, which will benefit 27 organizations and causes, begins this week with a mailing to all Tracy and Monroe Township addresses. Contributions can be mailed to: United Fund, Box 1063, Tracy, MN. Donations can also be left with Carol Strand, United Fund co-treasurer, at the Tracy Headlight-Herald office.
Sue Keul is the United Fund chair. Other Tracy United Fund board members are Sandy Stobb (co-treasurer), Janel Rau (secretary), Denise Clouse, Chris Kamrud, Ron Dahl, and Perry Fales.
Groups that will receive Tracy United Fund donations are:
Tracy Area High School Peer Helpers, Little Panthers Pre-School, Fine Arts Council of Tracy, Kitchen Table food shelf, Tracy Ambulance Service, St. Mary’s School student assistance fund, Tracy ECCO-Hope Day Activity Center, Cub Scout Pack 31, After Prom Committee, Tracy Community Education, New Horizons Crisis Center, Prairie Home Hospice, Salvation Army, Tracy Girl Scouts, Tracy Animal Rescue, Our House Hospice of Tracy, Tracy Kids’ World, Tracy Back Pack program, Tracy Elementary school student assistance fund, Lyon County Camp SOS, Lyon County Cancer Society, Wheels Across the Prairie Museum, Tracy Senior Nutrition, Tracy Aquatic Center, Tracy Multi-Purpose Center, American Red Cross, Tracy flood recovery fund.
