Roger wore many hats as he was a farmer and was also employed at Del Monte, Industrial Air, Swift Eckrich and the Madelia Community Hospital. His hobbies included collecting trains, calendars, toy tractors and steam engines. He enjoyed traveling with friends and family seeing the sites from California to Florida and collecting key chains at every stop.  Also traveled the Midwest watching Steam Engines and attending Toy Shows. Roger also loved watching his Grandchildren at as many sporting events and music concerts as he could make.  He also liked to watch the Twins and Vikings.  Enjoyed the time he spent with friends eating pizza and especially the time he spent with children, grandchildren and his precious great granddaughter, whether it be Holidays, working on the farm or just hanging out, especially the last year, it was his happiest moments!!!
