Please take notice that the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners and the Lyon – Lincoln Joint Drainage Authority for JD 31 shall hold a hearing on January 18, 2022, at 1:30 p.m, in the Commissioner Room of the Lyon County Government Center at 607 W Main St in Marshall.
The purpose of the hearing is to review the record and ratify the consolidation of Lincoln County Ditch 24 and Lyon – Lincoln Counties Judicial Ditch 31. All parties interested in the proceedings are invited to attend and provide comment.
