Robert “Bob” Lance Horner, age 57 of Tracy, passed away peacefully Monday, December 26, 2022 at home. Memorial Services were held at 1:00 p.m. Friday, December 30, 2022 at Tracy Area Funeral Home.

Robert “Bob” Lance Horner was born December 9, 1965 to Robert Earl Horner and Lenny Lee (Greenfield) Becker in Tracy, Minnesota. He was baptized and confirmed in Garvin at the Lake Sarah Lutheran Church. Bob attended Tracy Area Public Schools and later graduated from TriValley School District in South Dakota. After graduation, Bob worked several jobs in the culinary and construction industries. Bob enjoyed many hobbies which included visiting, playing cards, and watching the Minnesota Vikings. He loved spending time with family and friends and traveling, especially to the Black Hills. He greatly enjoyed going to the races and music festivals. Bob had a great sense of humor and was known to make almost anyone laugh or smile with is quick-wit.
Left to cherish Bob’s memory are his four daughters: Lacey (Joshua) Parenteau of Westbrook, Samantha Lawson of Blunt, SD, Tessa (Wyatt) Cooper of Walnut Grove, and Caroline Horner of Tracy; grandchildren: Leah Evers and Winn, Loretta, & Barrett Bergeson; parents: Lenny Becker and Robert Earl Horner; brothers: Darwin (Jessica) Horner and Mark (Roxanne) Becker; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews & friends. In death Bob is reunited with his grandparents Blanche, Wally and Al Greenfield and Robert Lee & Ann Horner, stepfather Marvin Becker, uncle Kurt Horner, and so many other loved ones.
May he rest in everlasting peace. You will be forever missed and never forgotten.
