Before making any final decision on permitting Tracy’s Junior Olympic Volleyball program to use the VMC free of charge, the Tracy City Council on Monday chose instead to wait until some potential issues were addressed.
The JO program, which in the past has played and practiced in the VMC, has been accepted to move ahead as part of Tracy’s Community Education program and currently practices at the high school. About two years ago, the JOs made a request of the council to allow them to use the VMC for free but were denied.
