A continuing relationship with United Community Action Partnership for two potential housing additions in Tracy, along with one in Walnut Grove, was discussed at last Thursday’s EDA meeting. The big question in Tracy — as it seemingly has always been — is where a pair of $250,000-$275,000 single-family, split-level homes would be located.
And part of the answer to that question brought the large plot of land along Front St. back into play. The other areas are the empty lot on 2nd St. and the southeast area of Sebastian Park, which the Tracy City Council recently approved as a spot to build.
