That’s because the Plaid Moose — the very business that moved into the MPC after the 2020 sale of the building for $55,000 on a contract for deed to Pete Beerman — has been put on the market with an asking price of $200,000.
Beerman said the decision to sell the business wasn’t an easy one, but given health issues his wife, Krista, continues to battle, it was the right move at the right time.
