The housing issue is nothing new to Tracy, or any small town for that matter. In fact, it’s been something that has been talked about by Tracy’s city movers and shakers for decades.
That discussion has not only not gone away, it has intensified in recent years. And soon, that talk will turn into action.
Through a United Community Action Partnership program, construction on two slab-on-grade homes will begin sooner rather than later on the two empty Front St. lots.
