For the first time this fall/winter season, Tracy and the surrounding area were blasted with measurable snowfall, as a winter storm warning was put into effect Sunday and Monday.
Five-and-a-half inches of snow fell overnight Sunday into Monday, with light snow continuing throughout the day Monday.
