The Tracy EDA last week discussed the potential of the city getting its hands on a considerable amount of State money that would be used to keep the momentum going in Tracy’s quest to add more housing in town.
The possibility of Tracy — and other small towns around Marshall, including Balaton — receiving state funding over a two-year period for housing was briefly discussed at last week’s Lyon County Board of Commissioners meeting by Commissioner Rick Anderson.
It’s too early to predict how much money will be coming to Tracy or other towns, Anderson said.
