New Tracy Community Development Director Tom Dobson and Tracy City Administrator Jeff Carpenter updated the EDA board last week on the progress of the Small Cities Development Program that will help finance improvements to residential homes and businesses in Tracy.
As of last Wednesday, 15 applications have been filed for owner-occupied homes, and 12 for commercial sites in Tracy.
Twelve is the program’s limit for businesses, and there are a total of 22 available spots for homes.
