With another school year winding down, the second phase of the comprehensive construction project at Tracy Area High School has already begun.
Continuing its aggressive approach to the project, the school has once again been turned into a construction zone. Pushing the schedule in this way will have a number of benefits, including ensuring things will be done by the start of the next school year on Sept. 3.
