Staff at Tracy Alementary School recently acted like a bunch of kids. And they had every right to.
Last week was Teacher Appreciation Week, and teachers, paras and other staff took full advantage, thanks mainly to Julie Rohling.
Rohling was the brainchild of the festive week, which included staff performing various, fun tasks that included selfies, hiding treats around the school and even stealing the principals parking spot.
“We celebrated everybody — not just teachers, because in some way, shape of form, we all teach the kids,” Rohling said. “Every day staff members could come in, click the wheel and they could get a big prize, or they get a number, which took them to a list of fortunes that had crazy tasks for them to do.”
