Lane “Doc” Lee Horn, age 77 of Tracy, passed away Friday, June 7, 2024, at Prairie View Senior Living in Tracy. Memorial Services will be held at 11:30 a.m. Wednesday, June 12, 2024 at the Tracy Area Funeral Home. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the funeral home on Wednesday.
