Stewart Chisham experienced a baptism-by-fire-like start to his newspaper career in 2023, and had two choices: stick with print journalism or get out of the industry altogether.

For his efforts, Chisham, a 2018 graduate of Tracy Area High School, won first place for investigative reporting in the Minnesota Society of Professional Journalists’ Page One Awards program last month.
