With beer flowing and burgers grilling in the beer tent, and bingo excitedly being called out every few minutes just steps away, a train pulling multiple box cars chugged through Tracy on Friday evening, providing a perfectly appropriate background, as if on cue, as Tracy’s 97th Annual Box Car Days celebration commenced.
