Casie Bangasser is no stranger to the Tracy school system and after a break from teaching that lasted just a bit longer than she has planned, she’s back in front a classroom as Tracy Area Elementary’s new fifth-grade Language Arts teacher.
Bangasser is a 2006 graduate of Tracy Area High School and 2012 product of Dakota State University in Madison, SD.
