During the summer months, Campbell Construction owner Karl Campbell is a boss. Come fall, he trades in that hat for another, as a teacher at Tracy Area High School.

This fall, he’s wearing both hats.

Campbell’s Ag Construction class has been working hard since the beginning of the 2024-25 school year framing up the new house on 2nd St. East. The home is the result of a partnership between the City of Tracy, EDA and Tracy Area School District. The students are doing the framing, with contracted licensed plumbers and electricians taking care of that side of things.

Construction wrapped up for a time last Wednesday, as there was no school last Thursday and Friday.
