It would be fair to call Central Park Tracy’s diamond in the rough, and on Saturday, the Tracy Area Chamber of Commerce introduced the City of Tracy’s Parks Board as the winners of the 2024 Diamond Award at the annual Chamber Banquet at The Caboose on Saturday evening.
Accepting the award on behalf of the Parks Board were Rhonda Fredericks, Diane Campbell, Connie Anderson and Seth Schmidt.
