Tracy City Council gets ball rolling on Phase E project

If you miss the din of heavy machinery buzzing about Tracy and are longing for the commotion of another major road and infrastructure project, good news — it appears another project — this one called Phase E — will be hitting town sometime in the next two years.

After a presentation by the City’s engineer, Bollig Inc., on Monday, the Tracy City Council approved two motions to get the ball rolling on possible grant funding to help pay for the project, estimated to cost between $12 million-$15 million.
