No matter the cause, change is inevitable. And there are some major changes coming to the Tracy Area Headlight Herald.
Effective the week of April 1, the Headlight will be printed by Forum Communications Printing in Sioux Falls, SD. This is a direct result of a decline in image quality from our current printer over the last six months. We held on as long as we could because we appreciate the convenience that printing in Slayton offers. However, given recent circumstances — despite some recent improvement — we feel the best course of action is to make a change. Believing we, and especially our readers, deserve better than what we’ve provided over the last half year, we started kicking tires on other printing plants months ago, eventually narrowing it down to three and ultimately going with Forum.
