Tracy residents had their chance at Monday night’s Tracy City Council meeting to dispute the $7,500 Phase 3A assessments levied against them.
The assessments are the result of Phase 3A-2 and Center St. infrastructure work. Each resident had an opportunity to plead their case in front of the council. Comments from the public ranged from damaged trees in their yards to questions about the fairness of them assessments themselves.
