Saying goodbye is never easy, but for Margaret Palan, stepping away from her role as the food and nutrition manager for United Community Action Partnership is made easier knowing she has the perfect replacement.
After 13 years of service to area food shelves through UCAP — including the Tracy Kitchen Table Food Shelf — Palan is retiring. Stepping into her role is Nikki Knobloch, a Redwood Falls resident who has hit the shelf running.
