If you have no plans on Saturday, Nov. 30, there will be plenty for young and not-so-young to do in town. And there will also be plenty of “shopportunities” to buy local as well.
From 11 a.m.-1 p.m., Greenwood Nursery will host Pictures with Santa. People are encouraged to bring a canned good to donate, there will be a coloring contest for kids and free books, courtesy of the Tracy Kiwanis Club. The event is sponsored by Minnwest Bank.
Later that day, Santa’s Workshop opens its doors from 2-4 p.m. at Midwest Supply where children ages 12-and-under can create a Christmas-themed craft for free.
