Nancy Lee Williams was born to Fritz and Lorna (Schlueder) Naumann on August 11, 1940 in Robbinsdale, MN.
The family moved immediately to New Ulm where she graduated. Nancy married Thomas Stimpert on February 7, 1959 and they made their home in Springfield and Tracy areas. To that union, 3 daughters were born.
She worked for Dr. Boyle, bookkeeper for the family business (Ray’s TV), waitress at Orchid Inn and for family business (Island Bar & Grill). She was also an Avon Rep for 25 plus years.
On October 22, 1983 she married Charles Williams. From that union she gained 5 step children. Together they enjoyed ballroom dancing and spending time at the lake with family and friends. She also enjoyed spending time with her Twin Circle family.
She was a member of the St. Mary’s Catholic Church and CCW, Eagles Ladies Auxiliary of which she was president for many years and Jr. Pioneer of New Ulm.
She is survived by daughters, Tammara Stimpert Schons (special friend Scott) and Pamela Stimpert Cooreman (Kendal). Stepchildren Steven Williams, Cheri Camp, Brett (Ranell) Williams, Jane (Randy) Swanson and Jody Williams; 4 grandchildren and 7 step grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren and 8 step great grandchildren, 1 brother, Fred, 2 nieces, 3 nephews and cousins.
She is preceded in death by her parents, infant daughter, husband Charles, sister Jeannine Scrimgeour and brother Robert.
