NOTICE OF FINAL HEARING
For the Redetermination of Benefits for County Ditch 70
In the Matter of the Redetermination of Benefits of the following drainage system described below in the County of Lyon, State of Minnesota.
WHEREAS, the Lyon County Drainage Authority has appointed viewers to redetermine the benefits and damages for County Ditch 70 in the County of Lyon, State of Minnesota, and whereas, the Viewers Report for the Redetermination of Benefits for County Ditch 70 has been filed with the office of the Lyon County Auditor/Treasurer.
The County Ditch 70 drainage system affects properties in:
Sections 29-32 Clifton Township T 111N R 40W
Sections 7, 8, 14-31, 36 Lake Marshall Township T 111N R 41W
Klein Addition
City of Marshall
Sections 13, 23-26, 33-36 Lynd Township T 111N R 42W

NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED that a final hearing on said Redetermination be had before the Lyon County Drainage Authority on Thursday, October 22, 2020, starting at 9:00 a.m. at the 4-H Building on the Lyon County Fairgrounds, 504 Fairgrounds Rd, Marshall, Minnesota. Said authority will consider said Redetermination, hear all parties of interest and take such action with reference thereto as it deems proper.

A REQUEST HAS BEEN MADE to the Lyon County Planning and Zoning Administrator by Gavin Laleman for a variance request to construct a 900 Head Cattle Shed approximately 159’ closer than the 1320’ minimum neighboring dwelling setback. This request represents a 1,161’ variance request. The area representing the request is zoned agricultural. The property described as follows:
