Raccoon anyone? How about some bear to fill out your plate?
Those out-of-the-ordinary items and many more were on the menu at Saturday’s Balaton Sportman’s Club fundraiser at the Balaton Community Center.
Preparations for the evening began a couple days in advance, and about a dozen members could be found at the community center as early as 7:30 a.m. Saturday.
The club has been going strong since 1943, and the annual game feed always proves to be a popular event, although numbers have gone down in recent years.
