Homecoming will soon be in the air at Tracy schools, and the festivities begin Monday, with an afternoon JV football game and the Homecoming Coronation at 7:30 p.m.
On Tuesday, the Panther volleyball team hosts the top-ranked Minneota Vikings.
The following day, Tracy Area High School seniors will go up against TAHS staff in the annual Seniors vs. Staff volleyball match. Meanwhile, underclassmen will take part in relay games.
There will be a junior high football game Thursday. The following day, the ladies will take the field in the Juniors vs. Seniors Powderpuff football game, which last year was won by the senior class.
Things get serious Friday when the big Homecoming game against rival Murray County Central will kick off at 7 p.m. Friday.
This year’s Homecoming dance for grades 9-12 will go from 8-10 p.m. on Saturday.
Dress-up Days this year are” PJ Day (Monday); ‘80s and ‘90s Throwback Day (Tuesday); Bikers vs. Surfers (Wednesday); Duo/Trio/Character Day (Thursday); and Spirit Day (Friday).
