During a public hearing, the Tracy City Council on Monday passed an ordinance establishing the Tracy Local Housing Fund.
The City has money set aside in its public housing fund, but Tracy Community Development Director Tom Dobson told the council that the City was informed by Bollig Engineering that there are a couple of grants up this year for cities under 10,000 population that would benefit the City.
