Funeral etiqutte be damned
How rude can people be?
Over the years, I heard that there are people out there that go to anybody and everybody’s funerals just for a free meal. Why do people do this? I myself would be so embarrassed and ashamed of doing something so low.
In January we had a celebration of life a brother/brother-inlaw. It was a cold day and not a big turnout. I had noticed a guy that dropped off a card in the basket. He dished up his plate of food, twice. After the second time, he went over and pulled his card out of the basket. Then he went for a third serving of food and then left.
How can people sleep at night knowing that they are freeloaders and don’t really show respect for the deceased of the family? How can people be so rude and disrespectful?
Hopefully, you can run this in the paper so it can wake people up, embarrass them and hopefully change there ways.
