The TMB softball team cruised to two wins Tuesday to open its season. The Panthers defeated YME 27-0 and 14-0.
Lexi Tauer drove in four runs for TMB in Game 1 and also earned the win in the circle, striking out six in 3 1/3 innings.
TMB had 15 hits. Tauer, Syd Lanoue, Sidney Karbo, Kelsey Nordsiden, Brooklyn Ludeman and Alex Rolling each had two hits.
In Game 2, Lanoue allowed two hits to get the win. TMB scored three runs in the first, three in the third and six more in the fourth in the four-inning game.
TMB had 12 hits in the second game. Dakota Rolling, Nordsiden, Alex Rolling and Tori Schons each had multiple-hit games for the Panthers (2-0).
