The decades-old tradition of Miss Tracy turned another page Monday night, as 10 young women attended the first rehearsal for this fall’s Box Car Days pageant. An 11th contestant, Kaylee Kirk, was not present for the photo. All contestants will be seniors at Tracy Area High School this fall. A Miss Tracy competition, in some form, has been a part of Tracy Box Car Days since 1928. This year’s Miss Tracy scholarship program will be held Sunday, Sept. 3. Taylor Campbell is the current Miss Tracy, with Hannah Brockway and Lexi Tauer serving as first and second runners-up.
