Avast, ye mateys! It’s Homecoming week at Tracy Area Public Schools.
This year’s Homecoming theme is “Pirates,” and next Thursday, students can play the role by dressing up as pirates. Other dress-up days include “Pajama Day” (Monday), “Nerd Day” (Tuesday), “Career Day” (Wednesday) and “Spirit Day” (Friday). Homecoming coronation will be at 8 p.m. Monday in the high school gym. Wednesday is the senior vs. staff volleyball match at 2:15 p.m., and at 1:30 p.m. on Friday, the juniors take on the seniors in the annual powderpuff football game. The pep fest starts at 2:30 p.m. that day.
The TMB football team will take on Springfield in next Friday’s Homecoming game.
