Tracy-Milroy-Balaton was denied a fourth straight trip to the state volleyball tournament.
The No. 1S Panthers fell to No. 1N Minneota in five hard-fought sets in the Section 3A finals Saturday.
TMB, ranked second in Class A for most of the season, finished the season with a 29-4 record.
TMB defeated Minneota in four sets back on Sept. 14.
The Panthers came into Saturday nigh’s contest having won 15 straight matches. During that stretch, they lost just one set, to MACCRAY in the Camden Conference championship match on Oct. 16.
