Carol Chukuske, Tracy, formally of Welcome, MN, passed away quietly at the Prairie View Senior Living in Tracy on Thurs., December 28, 2017 surrounded by family as a result of a five-month battle with an infection that was diagnosed in her right hip area. After many attempts by doctors and surgeons the infection was just simply too much for her to fight.
Carol Jane Farnham was born on February 14, 1938 in Imogene, Minnesota. First born of ten children to Carol (Ted) Farnham and Arlie Bishop Farnham. Carol graduated from Granada High School in 1956.
On December 12, 1964 Carol was united in marriage to the love of her life James (Jim) Chukuske and together they raised four children, Bill, Tammy, Cindy and Jamie in their home in Welcome, Minnesota.
A “Celebration of Life” service will be held at Trinity Lutheran Church in Welcome, MN on Monday January 8, 2018 with visitation from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM, service at 11:00 AM with lunch following in the church basement.
