Jill and Justin Stoks are on a mission to enhance care to area residents

Bringing health care to area residents has always been a passion for Jill Stoks. Now, she has branched out on her own to create an even more intimate way to deliver care to southwest Minnesota residents.

Jill and Justin Stoks, who live a few miles west of Walnut Grove, just recently received their license for their new business, ProConcierge Nursing Service, LLC, through which they will provide comfortable and convenient home care for their patients and families. And being able to do so in this area means the world to them.

“It’s nice to have that home-town feel,” Jill said. “That’s how we grew up around here — it wasn’t like, ‘Hey, nice to meet you,’ it was ‘Oh, who’s your grandma. I worked at the Red Rooster all through high school, and my grandma worked there. I grew up around here, my sister has kids at the school. We want to give back. Out here, we have that nice, home-town feel, and that’s why I want to help this community — this is how we all grew up.”

Jill moved to Belgrade after graduating from high school but returned home in 2014. That’s when she met Justin, and the two have been together since. They have six kids between them, including 4-year-old Robyn, who lives at home with them and attends pre-school in Tracy. Brianna (8), Allisyn (10) and Skyla (12) live and attend school in Spencer, Iowa, and return for the summer, Zachary (18) resides in Brookings, SD, and Lauren (21) lives Marshall and works at Avera.
