St. Mary’s School’s big fundraising event Feb. 18 will include plenty of fun and major prizes … not to mention alumni

What better way to warm up this winter than by supporting St. Mary’s School?

Organizers of the upcoming first-of-its-kind St. Mary’s School Winter Warm-Up on Feb. 18 at The Caboose hope everyone agrees and attends the school’s largest fundraiser of the year, where the winner of the sought-after “she shed” playhouse will be announced.

That’s just one of a number of prizes and items that can be had during event, which will feature entertainment, dinner, various raffles, including a wine and spirits raffle and a purse raffle, and a live and silent auction, not to mention a special “surprise” raffle. Also, each classroom put together their own unique themed baskets.

“This is a big thing for our school, our families, our students and our staff,” said SMS Winter Warm-Up Committee member, Andrea Schreier, SMS Class of 1999. “The goal is for this to be our main fundraiser every year. It’s a good opportunity to support the school, and have some fun and be able to socialize with former alumni and other families.”
