Air Force Col. Julia Muedeking returned to Tracy over the weekend for a special reason, as the keynote speaker for Tracy’s Memorial Day ceremony.
Muedeking, a 1996 graduate of Tracy Area High School, spoke poignantly about past wars — focusing on letters written from veterans of wartime service — in front of a full house at The Caboose, as the Tracy American Legion Earle Ray Post 173 hosted Monday’s program.
