After a summer at the aquatic center the City would rather forget, things are looking up at Tracy’s favorite watering hole.

A year ago, a chemical imbalance caused the water at the pool to turn purple, and the City was forced the shut things down for a time. This year, the water is clear blue and revenue is in the black.

Tracy Community Development Director Jeff Carpenter started his department head presentation by lauding new pool manager Jessica Lamb for the work she’s doing.
