Unhappy council nixes change order for center st. project

Dissatisfied with the oversight provided by ISG — the engineering firm that has been working with the City of Tracy throughout the multiple road infrastructure phases — the Tracy City Council on Monday hedged its bets on a pair of proposed change orders for the $3,556,956.63 Center St. project.

A motion to approve a pay app for the project was initially made by council member Dave Tiegs, but that was before the council began a discussion about what the two change orders entailed.
