It started in June with four Miss Tracy hopefuls rehearsing, learning and getting to know each other in the friendly confines of The Caboose.
It ended Sunday — not in a banquet hall at a local restaurant, but on the stage inside the Tracy Area High School gymnasium where Natalie Cook was crowned Miss Tracy 2024.
“I’m speechless,” Cook said after the program. “I was not expecting any of this. I’m so happy. I don’t even know what these emotions are right now — all good things. I can’t even think straight right now.”
Emma Chandler was named 1st Runner-up.
