To Tracy people were killed in a two-vehicle crash at 8:30 p.m. on Wednesday , Sept. 20, at the intersection of Balsa Ave. and U.S. Hwy. 14 in Springdale Township in Redwood County.
According to the Minnesota State Patrol, a Toyota Sienna driven by Mai Yang Moua, 55, of Tracy, traveling south on Balsa Ave., collided with an east-bound Toyota Sequoia driven by Victor Lee, 48, of Walnut Grove.
Moua and her passenger, 67-year-old Saibert Moua of Tracy, both died as a result of their injuries.
