It should come as little surprise that Lynn (Brockway) Martin chose the field of veterinary medicine for her vocation. And her love and passion for everything with four legs has led to plenty of success for the 2005 Tracy Area High School graduate.
The Missouri Veterinary Medical Association honored Martin, an assistant teaching professor at the MU College of Veterinary Medicine, during its 132nd Annual Awards Ceremony Jan. 27. Martin, DVM, MPH, DACVIM-Large Animal Internal Medicine, received the organization’s Ortu Stella Award, which recognizes an emerging leader in the profession.
