The way things are trending, there might sometime soon be plenty of action going on near the intersection of 4th and South streets.
One project that is getting a lot of attention is the proposed community center that could be built at the site of the old liquor store after the building is razed this year. But there is also another possible project that has flown somewhat under the radar, and that is the expansion of the Hope DAC/ECCO building.
