Keith Lubben was witness to plenty of change in the ag implement business in his 19 years at C&B Operations in Tracy.
“I’ve always had a strong desire to be good at service calls,” Lubben said. “I trained myself to have a positive attitude and not get frustrated. I wanted the customer to know that I was on their side and was going to fix their problem as soon as possible.”
A recent visit with former college classmate Steve LaVoy made him think about all the changes that have transpired since he and LaVoy gradated from Canby Votech in 1978.
