Just two months after the Wilder Inn Motel was sold to a couple from the Twin Cities suburbs, it’s back on the block.
Ryan Heiserman and Anne Clancy of Woodbury are selling Wilder Inn Apartments, which they envisioned would benefit travelers looking for long-term lodging. The couple closed on Jan. 5, 2024.
Heiserman and Clancy planned on transforming and updating the hotel rooms. Both furnished and unfurnished rooms were to be offered for a minimum of a 30-day stay. Some of the larger rooms were to include kitchenettes. Rent for the rooms would’ve ranged from $550-$795 per month.
